⚠️ Common Problems
1. No Suction / Low Suction
Common Causes
Dust cup is full
Foam, felt, or HEPA filters are dirty
Hose is clogged
Wand is blocked
Nozzle or accessory airway is obstructed
Hair, string, or carpet fibers are wrapped around the brushrol
Step-by-Step Fix
Turn the vacuum off and unplug it.
Remove the dust cup and empty all debris.
Check the lint screen inside the dust cup and clear away buildup.
Remove the pre-motor filters and inspect them for dirt.
Rinse the foam and felt filters with cold water only.
Remove the HEPA filter and rinse it with cold water if needed.
Let all filters air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
Detach the hose and check both ends for blockages.
Remove the wand and inspect both ends for clogs.
Check the handle opening, nozzle opening, and accessory openings for debris.
Inspect the brushroll area for hair, string, or carpet fibers.
Carefully cut away wrapped debris if needed.
Reassemble the vacuum and test suction again.
2. Brushroll Not Spinning
Common Causes
Airflow is blocked
Dust cup is overfilled
Filters are dirty
Hose, wand, nozzle, or accessories are clogged
Vacuum has been run with restricted airflow for too long
Step-by-Step Fix
Turn the vacuum off immediately.
Unplug the vacuum from the outlet.
Empty the dust cup completely.
Clean the lint screen inside the dust cup.
Remove and rinse the filters with cold water only.
Allow the filters to air-dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
Check the hose for clogs.
Check the wand for clogs.
Check the nozzle, handle, accessories, and inlet openings for debris.
Remove all blockages you find.
Leave the vacuum unplugged and allow it to cool down for a minimum of 60 minutes.
Once cooled and fully reassembled, plug it back in and restart the vacuum.
3. Vacuum Overheating / Shuts Off
